Scheduled benefits help reduce premium costs while providing coverage for eligible medical services resulting from unexpected illnesses and injuries, making it a practical choice for vacations, family visits, and short-term travel. Coverage is available from 5 days to 365 days.
While in the U.S., after the deductible is satisfied within the First Health PPO network, the insurance company will pay up to the stated amount in the policy document for each covered treatment or service.
Visitors Care does not cover pre-existing conditions. Visitors Care includes coverage for an acute onset of a pre-existing condition up to $25,000 for travelers under age 70.
