Effective April 15, 2021, Tokio Marine HCCMIS will undergo a new company name. The new company name WorldTrips will be on new purchases made on or after April 15, 2021. The following FAQs will answer some general questions regarding your existing policy.

Why has this changed?

Tokio Marine HCCMIS is rebranding and changing the company name to WorldTrips to provide a name that aligns with the travel industry.

How will the new company name affect my current plan?

The new company name WorldTrips will not affect your existing plan. Your benefits and coverage will remain the same as per the certificate wording at the time of purchase.

Where can I view my benefits and description fo coverage?

You can view your plan specifc documents and description of coverage by logging in to My Policy.

Q:

Can I renew my plan?

Yes. Existing policyholders can renew their coverage up to the maximum 364 days allowed in the policy certificate. You can renew your policy by logging in to My Policy.

How do I file a claim?

You can submit a completed claim form to your insurance provider Tokio Marine HCCMIS. You can locate a claim form here.
