One of the easiest ways to stay healthy is watching what you eat – and this goes for travelers too. Being exposed to new foods and drinks in different regions can be overwhelming on the body, and food poisoning is a terrible way to spend any trip or vacation.
While some adventurous travelers may opt for strange new entrees and delicacies, there are certain things every traveler should avoid consuming while traveling. Unfiltered water, unpasteurized dairy products, and too much alcohol can be harmful, so be sure to watch what you eat and drink during you trip, and always have travel insurance in case a bad meal has you in need of a trip to the doctor.
