Forbes predicts that by the end of the year, 25% of the professional jobs in North America will be completely remote. Prior to the pandemic, VisitorsCoverage had been an on-site workplace. For the safety of our employees, we transitioned to an all-remote environment in March of 2020. This has allowed us to add additional employees in multiple states and time zones. As the pandemic wanes, we are committed to maintaining a 100% remote workplace for the time being or moving to a hybrid environment.
As advantageous as a remote environment can be, there are some challenges. The three biggest being:

At VisitorsCoverage we believe that the ability to thrive at work depends on personal and professional satisfaction. It’s in that spirit that the Work Smart, Enjoy More! initiative was born.
The company-wide initiative aims to create an environment that:

What Does Work Smart Mean?
Working smart doesn’t mean you have to work harder. In fact, it means the opposite. Work smart simply means that employees are at their most productive.
